At Emparrado, your furry friend is always welcome!  You will both enjoy our beautiful off leash "Bark Park", complete with shade trees and benches.  

 Pet Deposits

$300 1st pet ($100 refundable)

$200 2nd pet (non-refundable pet fee)

Pet Rent

Cats - $15 per month (per pet)

Dogs - $25 per month (per pet) 

Dog Breed Restrictions (full or mixed)

Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Mastiff, German Shepherd & any dog considered inappropriate by management.  

Vet Documents Needed

• Breed Identification
• Proof of spay/neuter (Cats & Dogs)
• Dogs - vaccination given and next date due for Rabies, DH2PP, and Bordetella
• Proof of license as required by Maricopa County

All pets must be spayed or neutered.

Cats must be indoor cats only!

***2 pets maximum per apartment***

Management must see dog prior to application approval.  Photos will be required of all pets (we will take them in our  office).

Dog owners must carry renters insurance with pet liability rider and listing Emparrado as an additional isured.

Sorry ... No Snakes, Rabbits or Ferrets!
